For people who are at a significant transition point and who want to get moving as quickly as possible, I offer an individual one or two-day intensive, followed by three months of individual coaching.

We work in a retreat-type setting of your choosing.  This may be backpacking, at a resort, at a beach house, sailing, whatever suits you best and supports you in being introspective and focused. 

By the end of the our time together, you will have:

• made significant progress in clarifying what is most important to you
  
• gained insight into what has prevented you from creating what it is you want
  
• started putting together an action plan
• developed new skills for overcoming obstacles

Topics we cover may include (but are not limited to):

• Clarifying core values
• Crafting a vision that pulls you forward
• Writing a  mission statement that motivates you
• Creating an action plan
• Understanding and using the Law of Attraction
• Building your belief in yourself
• Working with support
• Releasing negative self-talk
• Celebrating success
• Review and refinement

What we decide to work on depends on the skills, strengths and insight you already possess.  This intensive is all about you and what you need/want for yourself in order to move you in the direction of your dreams.

After our focused time together, we will have regularly  scheduled coaching sessions for the next three months to keep you on track, help you through any rough spots, make sure you are implementing the plan you put together, and that you are steadily moving forward in the direction of your choosing. If you're on the fast track, and want powerful results in a hurry, this is the plan for you!

Upon completion of the initial three months, coaching converts to a month-to-month relationship.
